Oddly enough I saw this morning Mike had messaged me 30 or so minutes after going to bed. I answered and now will wait to see if it involves anything more than just a spot check.
Monday by the way. The start of an abbreviated work week for me. Thursday and Friday off for me but only Thursday for Chef Teri.
