Friday, payday.

Starting to look at advance weather to see what weekend we are going to the Ren Faire. We've unfortunately waited until only two weekends remain.

Comic book day. Previews, my favorite publication.

Chef Teri off to help with another location today. Got home yesterday about an hour and a half later than usual so I expect the same today.

No update on the utility/mortgage no payment issue by the current owner of the house we are trying to purchase.

Main software I use for work failure. Customer service on the west coast=lots of down time this morning.

ESRI customer support is very professional in fixing problems perhaps not so in explanations nor choice of linguistic families they chose to give telephony support jobs to.

A new comic book writer is been social media beaten because of HER choice to take a pre-established Marvel heroine who had in previous iterations been raped and turn the story so that she willingly fucked around on her then husband. I figure that way the victim became empowered. In my mind she took a heroine that had been a victim and so was a strong exemplar character despite the crap that at times she had gone through and turned her into a loose moral fibre female dick by having her crap on her heart felt promise to her significant other. Loyalty is the most important human concept to me so I am much more drawn to a victim than to a lieing marital cheater. Your feminist agenda failed Mrs Cain and now you bear the brunt of the keyboard justice attacks. Today is the true start of some major changes for Chef Teri at work. Pending life changes as well with our home purchase moving forward after yesterday's positive home inspection.

Interested to see what becomes of the fact that the current owners have apparently allowed bills to lapse and I/we will not sign off on a satisfactory home inspection until our man has a chance to check the plumbing. Not water no plumbing inspection. No satisfactory inspection to sign...pretty simple.

Two computers up front that were down got fixed within half an hour. Nice when the machine works like is supposed to .

No workout today not feeling up to it.

Chef Teri work late so we went out to a greasy spoon for dinner.

Monday, start of the work week.

No workout today still trying to recover from yesterday.

Home inspection scheduled for today. Current owner fucking us over whether intentionally or not about having water on so we can get a full inspection. We'll see what happens.

Further working to get GPS locations for fire hydrants. 21st Century collides with 'good ole boy' the bane of my professional career.

House inspection went swimmingly. Handrail on back stairs (heads up only), outdoor air unit (age/maintenance), circuit panel (two circuits on one breaker). Nothing major or even worrisome. YAY!!! We do see where the power and more than likely the water has not been paid and one has been shut off and the other threatened. Perhaps the mortgage hasn't been paid either.

Bec FB live'd a happy birthday to Levi from mom and dad in Lexington. It was cool!

Lighter dinner that was good cause I can't cook and Chef Teri is still on the throws of siqness.

That will teach me. The Pens were down 2-0 at the end of the second not looking very good at all so I went to bed. They ended up scoring 3 unanswered in the 3rd and won the game. UGH!!!

Just supported my first non comic book on Kickstarter.

Trying to track down GPS coordinates for the fire hydrants in Mercer county. It's interesting to pose 21st Century questions to back water, low rent, good old boy hillbillies. The looks on their faces or sounds of their voices is almost always amusing.

Blue Spoon was good food but not the meal we've enjoyed the best. Chef Teri still wayyyyyy under the weather glad she felt well enough to give that a try.

This idea for the Marvel B&W magazine podcast is really growing on me. Then again my ideas for a Warrior Nun Areala and Marvel Kaiju shows are still in there too.

This election cycle is really showing the petty/shitty side of huge swaths of the American people. I also have concluded that far more liberal/democrats use twitter than conservative/republicans or moderate/libertarians.

Set up ap for home inspection for this coming Monday. Things are moving forward. Now we have iffy water (problems?) at the apt. Just another reason to get the fuck out.

I believe Dabo Sweeney is my second favorite college football coach behind Nick Saban.

So for my Ren costume I have my shoes,spats, belt, shirt, bo staff, hat and googles. Two different kilts are ordered

Just got word my first kilt order will arrive three days after I need it. Sigh.

Hat, goggles, shirt and gloves all work. Kilts not in and spats are troublesome.

Chef Teri put on her entire ensemble and it look cool. Excited for folks to see her in it.

So bullshit problems at work. Vendor calls at 4+p to try and work things out. It's kinda comforting to know that with the problem working on 3 months old that are issue are top of mind for them.

This whole house buying thing just feels hackneyed and thrown together on both the banks side of things but also from our Realtor.

Eye Dr today I get to be dilated, and not in a set way either.

I joined the roles of the bi-focals today. Progressive lenses but bi non the less.

Now just listening to podcasts as my eyes come back down from their occular high of earlier.
