Man I am always wrecked Friday mornings. Last work morning of the week plus a late night Thursday night recording podcast.

Last work day of the week. Even though I had Monday off this seems like a looooong week.

Found a podcast that talks about each of the books in the Vampire the Masquerade LARP game. Fun revisiting concepts I left behind with the collectible card game back in the day.

Strugglin to focus today. Tired, siq and tired, looking forward to tomorrow. All working against the here and now.

Walked outside after work to enjoy the nice weather.

It's interesting to hear the left position the transgender shift Obama signed last year. By Trump rolling that edict back doesn't allow for anything other than state and local to decide the issues themselves rather than Federal oversight. The left is fucking getting out of hand with their objecting to everything not their idea bullshit. A lack of moderation is absolutely killing our society.

The internet here is slow as fuck. Damn!

It's always interesting to listen to new comic fans with no sense of history with comics talk about how 'good' this experimental fanfic  bullshit is that the bug two are putting out. It's obvious their attention span is a movie or perhaps a prose novel long and that's it. Always gotta come up with something new and shiny to keep their interest. That is the reason Marvel storytelling has absolutely gone to shit. DC learned their lesson and I can only hope Marvel does soon as well.

No motivation at the gym this evening.

More Steve Bryant Athena Voltaire coming is the best comic book news I have heard in a long time.

The world has become a near bottomless morass of negativity. There are hardly any uplifting or even neutral offerings in any of our various media. TV, movies, books, comics magazines all are getting bleaker all the time. The news is the most of all. It's all pretty wearing.

Weights at the gym. It took everything I had to stay for 30 minutes. I absolutely was not feeling it.

Comic catchup. Finally finished with Marvel.

I enjoy watching bigger things develop. Trump's presidency, establishment's fight against illegal downloading, non whit racial pushback in the US are all currently at the top of my list. I don't necessarily comment just lurk.

Hearthside bookstore is closing this month. The used store in Princeton is cool but it is not sustainable. That leaves BAM! in the mall. Not cool.

I think I'm very close to becoming a true internet troll and telling people every chance I get that the statements they make are totally asinine. It's really been getting on my last nerve the utter stupidity with which people attempt to communicate.

Marvel from the 70's and 80's I really enjoy. Image from the 90's I nostalgia over. All are when comics were fun. Now everything has a message or is political. As much as the 90's are panned for their extreme-ism the 20-teens should be repressed for all the increasing stakes of events.
