Got stuff working at work today. Now to actually spend some time tweaking it so it is cooler.

Overall just a good day. Yeah whatever.

On to the next to try and burn to something enjoyable.

Wow my second podcast listened to where the reviewer trashes older books with no reference to context. If that is the angle is there anything that will truly stand the test of time? I figure not but it does give those folks the opportunity to trash stuff which is apparently what they are really after.

Sleep study follow up today.

Rough start to the day. Had to help Teri's mom with some stuff way early this morning.

New CPAP on the way several weeks from now. By the time a get my replacement machine it will be very near 90 days since I started. I wonder what those 90 days of uncorrected apnea have done to my body. That's warm fuzzy there.

18 holes that were just miserable for me. 9 over. not a bad number but terrible getting there.

Yeah this one's in the books let's set up to enjoy another.

I need to find out a way to mellow my state of mind. I don't like being angry as frequently as I am. I can't detach myself from life so I need to find another way. I guess it's time to play with my supplements. Magnesium is the first i want to investigate.

18 holes of tag round this evening. Moved up from 29 to 20, 7 over whereas I was 2 over the day before. Just shows I don't do well in groups.

News at work is that we should have no aerial photography by spring '18. Nice.

I'm really unsettled today. Man I wish I could maintain some sort of internal normalcy for an extended period of time. Anymore I spend more time feeling out of sorts then not.
