Another day. Today's depressing thought is what I will have left physically and mentally when I retire in 19 odd years.

Roughly 6950 days until retirement. I mean when you look at it like that...it's fucking forever.

45-50 minutes of Body Combat is rough. No liking this latest module because of a couple elements, hopeing they will change with the next unit.
