Monday.

Starting off the day with the latest episode of Rutten and Renallo. Good positive podcast from probably my two favorite guys connected to MMA.

This election cycle is going to be a horrible example of either not voting for one candidate or voting for the lesser of many evils. No clear choice as to anyone that truly deserves to lead this country.

Gym time for the first time since last Tuesday. It was rough but I got through it well enough.
