Saturday. Start of the Memorial Day weekend, which honestly I had lost track of until Chef Teri told me we have Monday off. I knew the holiday was soon maybe even this weekend but Monday holiday was completely lost on me. This does however official make the beginning of the summer vacation season.

Killer burger for lunch. A quickie, get it done burger and it was better than 95% of the burgers I've ever had. Dang my woman can cook.
