It occurred to me that many of the allowances women want in the workplace are related to their gender. If those are granted are they not sexist in their application? I can't think of anything off the top of my head that would enabled me to miss work with pay related to the fact that I dangle. Hmmm.
The reason why it even occurs to me is because of the constant cry for 'equal treatment'. Gender based treatment can never be equal.
