Most of today will be about my first 5 mile walk/run competition.

Tiring day but worth it because Levi made a comment that made me cry. Not because it hurt but because it was a description of the very reason I did the walk today and I, surreptitiously accomplished what I wanted to.

I was sad because Chef Teri didn't walk with me but I completely understand why and agree it probably would have been a bad situation for her.

Rested up at home but unable to get comfortable. Hopefully I will be able to sleep.
