Lotsa stuff going on today regardless of me.
As expected today, focus is lacking.
Workout was accomplished less pained than I thought.
Ninja Warrior is cool but man Team Spartan tweaks the heart strings. Not the sob stories watching these people pull together to get all five through. That's my kinda stuff.
