Last day of the holiday week for me.

Multiple shout outs over the past few days just in podcasts I have listened to. I wonder about those I haven't found yet.
Nicely experienced visit to the ER because yet something else my father no longer does that he is supposed to has caused him yet more physical issues. What the fuck man it's not rocket science do what you are fucking told to do to improve your fucking quality of life.
